• Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected.

• If approved, the refund process will begin.

• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

Refund Method

• Refunds are issued via the original payment method used during purchase.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds may be issued via bank transfer after verification.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item sent by M.Fragrance.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

• Customers must report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence.
